Mihila Tex
Clef Consultant delivered civil and structural engineering, MEP services, project management, cost consultancy, and green building consultancy for Hirdaramani's "Mihila" facility in Pannala. This large-scale textile plant includes manufacturing areas, warehouses, office buildings, a 4,500 cbm effluent treatment plant (ETP), and a dedicated water intake system—designed to support sustainability and high operational efficiency in the apparel sector. The project envisions LEED Platinum certification under LEED V4 Campus approach.
Factory Building for Diplo Pharma International (Pvt) Ltd
Clef Consultant provided civil and structural engineering, MEP consultancy, and green building consultancy for Diplo Pharma International's multi-building pharmaceutical facility in Mawanella. The development includes two factory buildings, a facility building, and a utility building, designed under a LEED v4 Campus Approach. The project targets LEED Gold certification, emphasizing high-performance, sustainable operations within a modern industrial campus.
Everest Luxury Villas
Clef Consultant provided project management, cost consultancy, and value engineering for this 19.9-hectare luxury resort featuring 56 beachfront and reef villas. The master plan includes world-class leisure and hospitality amenities, alongside sustainable infrastructure such as power and water treatment plants, recycling systems, and comprehensive staff facilities—delivering a premium, environmentally conscious experience.
Tangalle Leisure
Clef Consultant provided civil and structural engineering consultancy for this exclusive two-phase luxury villa development on a hilly, sea-facing terrain in Tangalle. Phase I features a reinforced concrete clubhouse, retaining and boundary walls, and slope stabilization via soil nailing. Phase II comprises three 3-storey villas with infinity-edge pools cantilevered from the hillside. Designed to follow natural contours, the villas incorporate curved structural elements, supported by pad and pile foundations. The scope also included internal roadways, drainage systems, and all ancillary MEP structures.
Ocean View Villas
Clef Consultant provided civil and structural engineering as well as MEP consultancy for a 90-meter-long, three-storey concrete structure located near the coastline. The development includes five architecturally designed two-storey villas, each featuring a private swimming pool on the first floor. The ground floor houses parking, MEP systems, and ancillary support facilities—delivering functionality and luxury in a challenging coastal environment.
